Have you been practicing for a while and now want to go to the next step? Want to understand your asanas better, but also want to understand more of the whole yoga. Learn the history, philosophy, pranayama, chakras and nadis, alignment and sustainability, hands on adjustments, Ayurveda, and mostly, simply to grow as a person and find more understanding and bliss in your life.

This training will take the best from a variety of traditions, with focus on the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, the depth of Zen Buddhist meditation, along with a basic understanding of the Ayurvedic system.

This training is intended for those who really want to learn, to practice, and peel off some layers of conditioning, revealing more of the light that you are.
